Free U.S. shipping

Shipping is free on U.S. orders. We ship via UPS from Pocatello, Idaho.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship the next business day. Transit is typically 2 to 3 business days to most U.S. addresses after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, remote destinations and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Tracking and help

We send shipment tracking when your order ships. If your address needs correcting, or your order is delayed, damaged or missing, email support@soleivar.com with your order number. Contact us promptly about address changes because an order may already be on its way.
