The 60-Day Guarantee

Every Soleivar product is backed by a 60-day guarantee. This is our return policy, and it is simple.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of delivery, contact us and request a refund. We will process a full refund to your original payment method.

No return required. You do not need to send the product back. You do not need to send back the bottle, the jar, or the packaging. Even if the product is empty, the guarantee still applies.

No questions asked. You do not need to explain why. You do not need to fill out a form. You do not need to justify your experience. You ask. We refund.

Why we do this.

We built Soleivar products for a specific problem. We believe they work. If they do not work for you, we do not want your money. It is that simple. A guarantee should feel like confidence, not fine print.

What is covered.

- Single purchases: covered for 60 days from delivery date.
- Subscription orders: each shipment is covered for 60 days from its delivery date.
- Annual subscriptions: each shipment within the annual plan is covered for 60 days from its delivery date.

How to request a refund.

Email us at support@soleivar.com with your order number and let us know you would like a refund. We will process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect orders.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@soleivar.com. We will send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.
